Our yarns, fleece and fibres are dyed in our studio in the beautiful Scottish Highlands, using natural dyes that produce earthy tones.

Hand-spun and commercial spun woollen yarns are from British breeds. All processing and spinning is carried out in the UK. Our fleece is sourced from coloured sheep breeds.

Our silk fibres, threads and yarns are imported from India. We also source waste sari yarn and banana fibre to compliment our range.

Spinners, weavers, knitters and embroiderers are finding our dyed fleeces, yarn and threads a pleasure to work with. Also our range of silk threads and fibres are used in innovative ways and can be viewed on the Art and Design Gallery.
